At last we have been able to visit our first proper fair and trade show since the pandemic of 2020. So nice to view products, exhibits and to admire the stands once again. We attended the Spring Autumn fair held at the NEC in Birmingham (September 5th – 8th 2020).
From jewellery, clothing, and toys most areas are covered, but we attended primarily for the home decor and interiors section and happily met with many of the friendly suppliers and exhibitors, whilst also making a few good connections while networking which is always a bonus.
From art to sculpture and industrial styling to glamour and glitz, all tastes and styles included in the mix to cover the majority of interior decor tastes and sure to inspire a project or two?
We enjoyed many of the stands but particularly admired Hill Interiors and took a couple of images, which are depicted below within the gallery. Still a large amount of grey and Scandi styling being shown, from minimum chic to maximising glamour, decorative individual pieces to create that bespoke feel to your space.
Innovative lightning by means of charging by USB connection which removes the issues and enables lighting in rooms with awkward spaces or those with limited power outlets, in lamps and contemporary styles.
Definitely worth a visit if itโs your thing but remember there is lots of walking involved.. so choice of shoe is important and you will need those coffee stops during all that browsing and networking, but you tend to achieve those step goals for the day ๐ถโโ๏ธโ๏ธ๐ฆถ
